Therapy for every part of you.
Here, therapy goes beyond the surface. No jargon, no judgment—just a warm, open space to do real work.
Is this how you’re feeling?
“I’m afraid I’ll never be enough, no matter what I do.”
Perfectionism and self-criticism can make you feel you’re trapped and constantly failing. Together, we’ll listen to those critical parts and nurture self-compassion, helping you untangle worth from achievement.
“I’m exhausted from carrying everyone else’s expectations on my shoulders.”
Putting others before yourself can leave you drained and disconnected from your own needs. In therapy, we’ll explore the parts of you trying to please others and create space for your own values and voice.
“I’m carrying anger, grief, and fear from leaving behind rules that no longer fit me.”
Leaving family, religious beliefs, or groups can feel painful and confusing. We’ll sit with the parts of you holding anger, grief, and fear, helping you find your own path forward.

How It Works
INITIAL CONSULTATION
In our first session, we’ll lay the groundwork. Guided by thoughtful questions, we’ll get to know one another and begin to explore what brings you to therapy.
01
GOAL SETTING
Together, we’ll establish some goals for therapy. These can be concrete or aspirational. Goals can be flexible, are usually collaborative, and give us a road map for our work.
02
DOING THE WORK
Then we work! Good therapy takes time because it takes time for us to open up and explore the deeper things we’re holding.
03
Hello, hello!
Starting therapy and finding a therapist can be a daunting experience. What matters most is how you connect with the therapist you’re working with.
I’m Hogan Brock, RP
HE / HIM
I feel my best is when I’m able to be my full, authentic self with someone else. I’m a therapist to hold that kind of space for other people. When we’re able to be open about who we are, good things happen: we get to know ourselves better, we become more comfortable in our own skin, and we are able to see the parts of us that need attention. That’s why I do this and why I love what I do.
When I’m not working, I’m in hanging out with my family and friends, walking or exercising, reading, watching way too much YouTube, or, you know, going to therapy.
Questions?
-
In our first session together, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy. Then, we’ll begin to make a plan for emotional regulation, coping, and support using practical skills that you can work with from Day 1.
-
There is no set length for therapy. Sometimes we work together for a few months, sometimes we work together for many years. Typically, you get to choose how long we work together, and I’m happy to tell you if I think you should continue or discontinue in therapy.
-
If you would benefit from talking through your problems with someone, getting to know yourself better, and exploring creative ways to improve your life, then therapy is probably right for you. Therapy can beneficial to anyone, it’s just about finding a therapist that fits well. If you’re here reading this and have liked what you’ve seen, it’s worthwhile to book a free consult call to test our fit together.

TAKE THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS A HEALTHIER YOU!
Therapy can be so many things– enriching, comforting, hopeful, joyful, scary– but it all starts with taking the first step. When we get down to it, its all about spending time together reflecting on who you are, how you got here, and where you want to go next. Let's do that together.
