Compassionate Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma, and Chronic Illness

How this works

Anxiety, trauma, and chronic illness have something in common— they all jump into the driver’s seat of your life, taking you away from the things you love.

When we start talking about what happens to us in those moments, we begin to create enough space for change. Together, we’ll work to change your relationship with these negative experiences so that you are in charge of your life more often.

Individual Therapy

$160

In individual therapy, we’ll work together to establish your goals and collaborate on ways to move towards them. Therapy is a relationship, where you bring your experiences and the therapist witnesses with curiosity, offering insight and questions. Each session is 50 minutes. You determine how frequently and how long we meet.

$90

Group therapy allows you to benefit from more than just the therapist — you get the experience of an entire group working through life together. If you are interested in group therapy, sign up for a free 15-minute consult to learn more.

About Hogan

Hogan believes that every person is equipped with what they need to a better version of themselves— it can just take some work and an outside perspective to find your way. He loves being a therapist because we too often feel alone in our problems and helping people notice that their not alone in what they’re experiencing is amazing.

Hogan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a graduate from Emmanuel College at the University of Toronto. In addition to his private practice, he sees clients living with IBS at The Tummy Clinic. Before working in private practice, he provided psychotherapy in various hospital settings in Toronto.

When he’s not in sessions, he loves reading fiction, going on long walks with his family, and playing board games.
